1- ECOMMERCE Coordinator :

We have a full time job opportunity for a great Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator to join our small team. We are currently involved in E-commerce and sell across various platforms like Amazon, Ebay, 2 websites, etc. Your basic responsibilities will be to look after our online listings (description, keywords, PPC, etc.), optimize them in addition to participating in new product research and launches.


  • Minimum 2 years experience in online marketing
  • Experience on Amazon and/or Ebay is a must
  • Ability to manage online listings by leading any changes or improvements in product description, keyword research and optimization, running PPC advertising campaigns, market research, etc.
  • Ability to manage marketing software such as mailchimp, social media (Facebook, Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram ), etc.
  • Independent and can work without supervision


  • Create, maintain and promote product inventory online via the E-commerce platforms
  • Apply SEO and keyword research and improvement on Amazon and other platforms
  • Manage the company's social media profiles and ability to create ad campaigns on the platforms
  • Generate leads via online marketing (Emails, blogs, newsletters, etc.) in coordination with subcontractors
  • Maintain current PPC campaigns and create new ones
  • Research new products to be launched.
  • Research and analysis on current marketing campaigns
  • Be proactive and open to change to handle other important tasks as required

Required education:

Job Type: Permanent

Education: Bachelor's or College Diploma

Bid specialist

  • Preparing bid documents including Supply Arrangements (SA), Request for Standing Offers, Request for Proposals (RFP), etc
  • Evaluating Statements of Work (SOW) for completeness and adherence to procurement regulations
  • Developing bid evaluation criteria
  • Evaluating bids against mandatory requirements
  • Negotiating pricing, delivery, etc. prior to award
  • Recommending award or issuance of contracts or standing offers or supply arrangements
  • Performing contract follow-up including taking appropriate legal action such as termination of contracts

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the procurement field is required
